How many bars will be setup?

Will the bars be located inside or outside?
If bad weather would you still prefer the bar(s) to be outside? We can bring umbrellas :)
Access to electrical outlets? Extension cord needed?
Parking for employees? If so, where?
Parking for box truck, if needed, that's close in proximity for excess inventory?
Load in preferences?
Time? Day before? If we have a beer distributor load in beer rolley carts/coolers, can they be picked up the next day?
Do you provide tables? Linen?
We prefer (3) 6' tables per bar, but have worked with less or more
If we have an over-intoxicated guest, what would you prefer our procedure to be?
Will there be minors on the premises?
If so, we may card your guests.
Who is the load in contact and when will they arrive?
Do you allow glass?
Do we have access to trash cans/bags?
Where do we dispose of trash?
Is there an ice machine(s) on site?
Can the staff use the regular bathrooms?
Does the venue have Wi-fi capabilities?
What areas will guests be allowed to drink? Is there a reasonable perimeter we can set easily to keep beverage consumption contained?
Demographic of group? This will help us with inventory prep
Are they heavy drinkers? Do they prefer beer, wine or a specific mixer, etc?
Any beer/liquor sponsors attached to the event?
Will food be sold/provided by anyone? Will these caterers be offering any complimentary beverages?
Will the event be open to the public of closed?
Who owns the property? Is it public property?
