TWESA Gets a Taste of East Nashville

So much of what happens in the wedding world depends on the lots of people coming together to make the big day all it supposed to be.  Every month, our Details staff meets with the Tennessee Wedding and Events Specialists Association (TWESA) to strengthen our ties with those that make Nashville weddings such a success.

For October, we enjoyed hosting the monthly gathering at Fat Bottom Brewery in historic East Nashville.  Owner Ben Bredesen, son of former Governor Phil Bredesen, converted an old Fluffo mattress factory on Main Street into a brewery and taproom with a spacious outdoor courtyard.

In keeping with East Nashville's food culture, the TWESA crew enjoyed Nashville's famous hot chicken sandwiches, beef sliders and Fat Bottom's gourmet mac and cheese.  And, of course, everyone got a taste of Fat Bottom’s craft beer.

During the gathering, Details' Managing Director, Adam Loeffler shared about our partnership with the brewery in hosting a variety of private events.  Afterwards, Bredesen gave everyone a tour of the brewery and taproom.

Beyond being a brewery, the space is ideal for rehearsal dinners, receptions and other private events.  With a dining room and patio that accommodate over 200 people, the space is versatile for all seasons.

Cheers to the crew at Fat Bottom for creating yet another great space for the people of Nashville to celebrate.
